About the position

​

We are looking for a responsible, organized and technically oriented person who will participate in the preparation, planning and monitoring of construction and renovation projects.

​

The person in this position will provide support to project managers through the creation of calculations and cost estimates, collecting bids, purchasing materials, communicating with contractors, and monitoring project costs and progress. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers, details, and organization, who is proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented, and who is willing to continuously learn and take on increasing levels of responsibility over time.

Key responsibilities

​

• Preparation of cost estimates and calculations for construction and renovation works
• Collection, analysis and comparison of offers from suppliers and contractors
• Organization and ordering of construction materials, equipment and necessary services
• Records and control of project costs
• Monitoring the amount of work carried out and compliance with plans
• Communication with contractors, suppliers, designers and construction site managers
• Preparation and organization of documentation related to projects and construction sites
• Monitoring deadlines for delivery of materials and execution of works
• Occasional visits to the construction site to control the condition and progress of the works

What do we expect?

• Technical education in construction, architecture or a related field is desirable.
• Good understanding of construction works, processes and materials
• Good knowledge of Excel and other digital tools for data organization and analysis
• Precision, analytical skills and a high level of responsibility
• Ability to organize a large number of tasks and priorities at the same time
• Category B driver's license
• Experience in similar jobs (advantage, not a requirement)
