Surrounded by greenery in one of Zagreb's most sought-after locations, this project consists of three residential units with large balconies, private underground garages and premium finishing works. The architecture is inspired by the view of the forest, creating an oasis of peace close to the city center. The building was designed with a focus on functionality and aesthetics, using high-quality materials and energy-efficient solutions such as solar panels and high-efficiency insulation.
