About the position

​

We are looking for a precise, technically savvy and responsible person for the position of Technical Draftsman / CAD Technician in a company engaged in real estate investment, renovation and development.

​

In this position, you will be responsible for creating technical documentation for apartment and building renovation and reconstruction projects, with an emphasis on preparing materials that support sales, construction, and project coordination. We are looking for a person who loves technical work, precision, and clearly structured processes, and understands that technical drawings are not just documentation, but a key tool that influences sales, construction, and the success of the entire project.

Key responsibilities

​

• Drafting of existing building conditions, including floor plans, sections and views
• Creation of sales plans for apartments and development projects
• Preparation of basic demolition plans
• Preparation of basic installation drawings (electrical installations, plumbing and heating) in cooperation with project managers
• Coordination and communication with external collaborators, such as 3D visualization and rendering experts
• Updating and aligning drafts according to changes in the field and project requirements
• Organization, maintenance and archiving of technical documentation
• Close collaboration with project managers and construction teams during all phases of the project

What do we expect?

• Experience working in CAD tools such as AutoCAD or similar technical drawing programs
• Understanding of building principles, floor plans and installation systems
• Strong precision, neatness and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks
• Quickly acquire new knowledge and adapt to different types of projects
• Basic understanding of floor plan, space organization and functional layout (advantage)
• Category B driver's license (advantage)
