We are looking for a Construction Site Manager for renovation and construction projects in Zagreb.

 

Key responsibilities

 

• Independent management of renovation and construction projects
• Coordination of contractors, craftsmen and suppliers
• Flexible balance between field and office work
• Organization of materials, comparison of offers and procurement
• Control of quality, deadlines and costs

 

What do we expect?

 

• Experience working on a construction site
• Responsibility and good technical understanding
• Knowledge of CAD (advantage, not a requirement)
• A construction site manager license is not required.
